Ordering and Payment

http://glamhawaii.com offers customers secure credit card payment using Visa, Mastercard, American Express and JCB.

If you feel more comfortable sending a cashiers check or money order via the mail, you may email us and we can assist you with this.

Shipping Information:

FREE Shipping on purchases of $100 or more! $5.00 flat rate shipping fee on all purchases under $100!

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS), Priority Mail. Most orders are shipping within 48 hours of the order being placed unless the jewelry piece is being custom-made or made-to-order. Many of our jewelry pieces are made-to-order and you will receive an e-mail confirmation with an estimated date of completion. Priority Mail service with the United States takes 3-5 business days. (sorry, we do not ship internationally at this time).

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

G.L.A.M. guarantees that all our jewelry pieces are of the highest quality and workmanship and everything is handmade in the U.S.A. G.L.A.M uses Sterling Silver or 14 karat gold (unless otherwise noted) and use semi-precious and precious stones.

Due to the nature of our jewelry, our pieces are generally made-to-order and are not returnable. However, if there is a problem with your order, you may contact us within seven days of the invoice date and a Return Authorization (RA) number may be granted. Email within seven days of the invoice date if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and assuming the item is unused, unaltered and with no signs of wear/usage, and all tags and labels are attached without any signs of removal, an RA may be granted and the item may be sent back for an exchange or other means of return.

Fees for shipping costs will not be credited or refunded.

An RA number must accompany any returned item. Items without an RA number will not be accepted for exchange, repair or return.
